While the most popular resolution is to lose weight, it must be noted that this is the most failed. Yes, people have a desire to lose weight but most will forget that a lifestyle change is necessary to accomplish your weight goal. Here are some tips to help you accomplish your health and fitness goals.
· Try new foods! There are plenty of healthy and organic foods that are great for your diet. Check out our fruit of the month!
· Find a new and exciting activity! Do you have an activity or class you have been wanting to try but haven’t found the time for? Now is the time to sign up for that salsa class or pilates. Don’t be shy, try it!
· Invite your friends! Plenty of your friends that have your same goals. They can encourage and help keep you on track.

The lychee is a great way to get your vitamin c with 72 mg per 100g serving. Furthermore, the lychee provides add kick of potassium!
Lychee Vinagerette
½ cup lychee juice or lychee puree
¼ cup olive oil
2 to 3 tablespoons lychee vinegar, white vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon of ground red pepper
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Toss with your next salad!
